LFX SGT Programming

Description:

LFX SGT solutions combine equipment packages with programming and resources to help ensure an amazing exercise experience for the user. A key component in creating a positive experience is the instructor leading the class. This course is designed to equip LFX instructors with skills and confidence to lead engaging LFX SGT classes. This includes an understanding of basic SGT principles such as cueing and progression/regression techniques. Attendees will also learn the structure and specific exercises that make up an LFX SGT class. They will put this learning into practice leading an LFX class.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
1.Identify the structure of an LFX SGT class
2.List the exercises and stations that make up an LFX SGT routine
3.Demonstrate competence in coaching an LFX SGT class
4.Describe effective warm-up and cooldown techniques

SEach participant will be teaching one block (4 minutes). They may choose any block from the 4 workouts delivered at
initial training. Other students will act as exercisers. Encourage use of a mic if available. If time is tight you may have
2 students coach simultaneously, one in Zone 1 and one in Zone 2.
