4. Perform the major riding techniques to musical accompaniments focusing on musicality and precise cueing
5. Select the major heart rate training zones for each section of group cycling class
6. Demonstrate how to correct participants and detect riding errors
7. Demonstrate clear verbal and non-verbal cueing of riding positions
8. Select the correct pedal speed for the music tempo
