The course aims to ensure the well-being of online coaches and other exercise professionals. It aims to equip the learner for success and ensure the learner enjoys their online coaching journey without burning out or neglecting their well-being. Then reasoning is, that to be high functioning and a credible role model, maintaining one's own health is important. External data shows that health care providers are an occupation group with a high risk of burnout.Internal surveys at Lenus furthermore support a high prevalence of burnout risk among online coaches.
This course equips the learner with concepts and specific tools to help make a positive impact on the world through coaching effectively and sustainably.
The learner will be presented with tools and structures to help them succeed, but also understand the principles behind these tools. Furthermore, the learned will utilize and apply the tools to their own current situation and business, further expanding their mastery of the concepts.
Learning Outcomes:
Part I - Defining Well-being
The learner will gain a more comprehensive understanding of well-being. The learner will be taught about the general concept of work-life balance and understand that achieving work-life balance as an entrepreneur requires making difficult decisions; it's not a destination that comes without making hard choices.
Part II - Time management and prioritization
Understand the challenges of prioritization. Learn the concept of work-life balance and the wheel of life. Use the wheel of life exercise to evaluate your life balance. Use self-analysis to create action steps to correct any imbalances in your life.
Part III - Personal values
The learner will be introduced to the concept of personal values and understand how our values affect choices, motivation, and understanding of the world. The learner will uncover their values and understand how their values apply to their coaching business and day-to-day choices.
Part IV - Planning and Optimizing
The learner will learn about tools and principles that assist the learner in prioritizing and planning their personal life and work.
Part V - How to identify your strengths and how and why do you outsource everything else?
The learner learns about the concept of Ikigai. The learner examines what tasks should be delegated first. The learner gets tactical advice on how to manage the delegation process effectively.
