Core Activation awareness and Performance impact

Description:

This training aims to take core activation out of rote exercises and turn it into a skill that is truly felt in the body and can be transferred to daily life. Through proper breathing and neuromuscular awareness, participants learn the basics of moving safer, stronger, and more controlled.

Learning Outcomes:

This training aims to teach participants how to activate the deep stabilization system (transversus abdominis, pelvic floor, diaphragm) in a way that is correct and coordinated with breathing, and that the concept of core activation is not just about the abdominal muscles. The content begins with an awareness of the critical effects of core activation on performance (power transfer, balance, injury prevention) and health (posture, reduced risk of low back pain). Then, based on the neutral spine position and diaphragmatic breathing, how to feel and internalize this activation is practiced with simple drills performed lying down, on all fours and standing. Finally, the focus is on how to seamlessly integrate this new awareness into daily movements
