About me:

Hi,

I am Thomas, a sports performance coach and a Physical Trainer.

My experience in sport varies from being one of the top Maltese athletes for several years, even winning gold medals abroad, to 4 years coaching in team sports like handball and basketball.

I also have 7 years experience in assisting in performance coaching of some top maltese sprinters. Also I have been the head coach of a sports club for the last 3 years guiding in physical therapy of athletes and several fitness trainees and clients.

Always a pleasure to see people grow in sport and physical fitness.
