About me:
I'm the founder of Christina Bohane Fitness, passionate about helping busy people to unleash their SISU, the inner energy they did not know they had.
My Finnish SISU method brings results Europe wide. I offer WELLNESS COACHING and PERSONAL TRAINING 1:1 and in multilingual small groups via Zoom.
