I am trained as a personal trainer via SAFE EDUCATION, which is a world-class education in exercise and health. SAFE Education's education Lic. Personal trainers meet the latest and highest requirements from the industry organization Europe Active, which means that you get an international license and the authorization EQF Level 3, Fitness Instructor and EQF Level 4, Personal Trainer. I am also a licensed nutritionist and trained in Thai massage.
Furthermore, I am an instructor and coach in Muay Thai (Thaiboxing) and the basic in MMA with experience as a trainer and competitor in Muay Thai.
