About me:

I am passionate about inspiring people to find joy in movement and to develop sustainable training habits, regardless of their background or level.

My journey in movement and health began with dance. I worked as a professional contemporary dancer for over 20 years before deciding to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Sports Science at Malmö University. During my studies, I also obtained my Personal Trainer certificate (EQF Level 4).

After graduating in 2023, I worked in dance instruction and coaching at Stepz Danseuddannelse in Copenhagen – a one-year program for young dancers. It was an excellent opportunity to apply my new knowledge in practice.

Since 2024, I have continued my studies in a Master’s program in Sports Science, with a focus on coaching, leadership, change management, sociology, and psychology.

My own training includes contemporary dance, ballet, yoga, Muay Thai, strength training, and running – a diverse mix that supports both my physical and mental well-being.
