I am an experienced Exercise professional; I have worked in the health and fitness industry for over 29 years. I am a CIMSPA (376340) and EREP (112347) member. I hold the following qualifications: Exercise to Music Instructor (L2), Auqya Fitness (L2), Personal Trainer (L3), Mat Pilates (L3) Instructor, and GP Exercise Referral (L3). I am also a qualified and registered Social Worker in England currently working in the Netherlands.
I am passionate about my health and fitness and enjoy passing on my knowledge and enthusiasm to the general public and those who need more care and compassion. I believe in the positive impact of exercise on our physical and mental/emotional well-being. I am a positive person, and I have learned to be very versatile over my years of experience in the fitness industry. Building an excellent professional relationship with my customers is why they keep returning.
In all my working years, I have worked with people from different backgrounds in the UK and other countries. These experiences have given me comprehensive experience, knowledge, and skills. I believe in supporting customers, maintaining personal motivation to keep fit, and motivating others to do the same in a fun way to achieve their individual goals.
I am a committed, passionate and reliable employee and function well as a team member capable of working independently. I have good communication and interpersonal skills. I don't believe in difficulties or problems; I instead see these as challenges and finding resolutions through open and honest communication. Learning is part and parcel of professional development and life. Therefore, I embrace further education, focusing on delivering classes to allow each customer/client to become the best version of themselves.
