About me:

Hello! I'm Ingrid, but you can call me Guidi. I live in Brazil and have a Bachelor degree in Physical Education by University of São Paulo. By the fall of 2023 I studied abroad at Ollerup Gymnastikhojskole/Denmark and accomplished the Health&Fitness course. I have more than 10 years of experience being a Flag Football coach, with participations in internationals championships since 2016. I also work as Personal Trainer at local clubs or private residences. I love powerlifting and everything related to resistance training, but I can also work with water sports. So, I can help you to develop at courts, fields or water!
