Specializing in Biomechanics and Human Movement as well as Adaptation and Behavioral Change, Heidi is a Certified Personal Trainer under NASM (National Academy for Sports Medicine) with multiple areas of expertise, including Women’s Fitness and Behavioral Change Coaching. Since 2005, she is a Certified Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine under NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) with a Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science.
