At Fitness Hub SL (FHSL), we are a team of licensed and certified sports professionals committed to redefining fitness and wellness.
Founded in 2019 by Suneth Gamagedara — not just as a fitness center, but as a mission born from personal experience.
As a young athlete, Suneth faced hardships, injuries, neglect, and a lack of proper guidance — leading to missed opportunities despite his natural talent.
Later, when he finally met expert coaches, they confirmed that with the right support earlier, he could have achieved even greater heights.
This powerful realization sparked a deep personal commitment: to ensure that others would not have to face the same struggles alone.
FHSL was built to bridge that gap — offering expert coaching, injury prevention, holistic wellness, and a strong community to lift individuals toward their highest potential.
