About me:

Hi there! My name is Loes van Breukelen. Last year I graduated from MILO Education. A great personal training course in the Netherlands. This year I also completed the nutrition course at the National Acedemy of Sports Medicine. Right now I am working as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach at Fysiek Health Club in Utrecht.
I am really looking forward to the coming years of working in this incredible field.
Hoping to help increase health, both mental and physical for everyone I train or coach.
