Movement came into my life early on - as an instinct, as a way to get to know myself, test my limits, and test myself. Basketball, rugby, martial arts, gymnastics, and hard training taught me not only to move, hold on, and endure, but also to get back up and get back up after falling.
However, over time, I realized that physical strength alone is not the answer. The body is a system. Not just muscles, but also consciousness, breathing, sensations, balance, ease in movement, freedom in the chest, and a solid foundation under my feet. And from there, my true path began. Not to a perfect body, but to an understanding of movement.
I believe that every person is first and foremost a moving organism, not a function, not a profession, not a social status. Each of us can change - if only we have the courage to look at our bodies not as objects, but as partners.
The Cult of Movement is not about perfection. It is about the process. About silence, sweat, mistakes, insights. About people who don't walk proudly, but move consistently.
I don't know everything. But I'm walking. And I invite you to walk with me.
