About me:

I'm 46 years old woman, a mom to 2 children (adults now), a bit fluffy and have been struggling with my weight since childhood but I have been running and training for many years, even though I'm fluffy and I think a lot of "normal" people can relate more to me, because I know all the excuses and I know how it is to be fluffy. Before I became a coach, I did some triathlon and have finished several half Ironmens and also finished 2 full Ironmen. After that I became an indoor bike instructor and a nutrition coach, and then after some years also running coach, and this year (2025) I took the personal trainer education.

I have been an indoor bike instructor in several fitness studios from 2014 to 2022.
A nutrition coach from 2016 till now.
A running coach from 2018 till now - during this period I have also been coaching in core exercises for runners.
A personal trainer fra May 2025 till now.
