About me:

I am proud to be the first Cambodian (living in Cambodia) to become an EREPS member with an EQF Level 4 certification. Sports and exercise have always been my passion — but what truly drives me is helping people live healthier, stronger, and more confident lives.

With years of experience in Gymnastics and Group Exercise instruction, I’ve learned how to make every Personal Training session not just effective, but also fun and full of energy. I understand that fitness is still a growing industry in Cambodia, and many people are just beginning to discover its true value. That’s why, in 2018, I decided to take a bigger step by bringing Fitness Education to Cambodia through Fitness Edutraining Asia so that I can help more people when the trainers come to learn from courses I host. Today, I’m proud to serve as one of their dedicated EduTrainers, sharing my knowledge and shaping the next generation of fitness professionals.

Teaching is my passion — and now, it’s my profession. I continue to provide personal training sessions with limited slots available, because nothing inspires me more than seeing real transformation in my clients.
