I am a certified Fitness Instructor based in Dubai, specialising in functional training, mobility, TRX, kettlebells, and weight-loss coaching. I focus on teaching proper technique, safe movement patterns, and building long-term strength. I have experience coaching clients freelance in one-to-one sessions, helping them improve mobility, stability, and overall fitness performance.
I create simple, effective training plans that match each client’s goals, whether they aim to lose weight, move better, or get stronger. I am currently progressing toward my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and developing my skills in Strength & Conditioning and corrective exercise.
