About me:

I am an EREPS-registered Personal Trainer (EQF Level 4), yoga and mobility teacher, and online coach with over 20 years of experience working directly with clients.

I create personalised programmes that combine strength training, hypertrophy, cardiovascular fitness, mobility and body awareness. I work with clients of different ages, abilities and experience levels, from complete beginners to experienced trainees.

My approach emphasises safe and effective technique, progressive training, sustainable habits and measurable results. Beyond physical performance, I help clients improve confidence, manage stress and develop the knowledge and independence needed to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle over the long term.

I offer personal training in Copenhagen and online coaching for international clients. Sessions are available in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
