Group Fitness Instructor

About me:

A high-energy instructor who loves to smile, spread the joy of movement and build strong communities — that’s who I am. My big why in this industry is simple: creating memorable experiences with and for other people. My background comes from the Dance where I have worked as a Dance Teacher (Jazz, Contemporary, Hiphop, Disco) , represented Sweden in the Hip Hop World Championships and studied at Broadway Dance Center in New York.

Over the years, I’ve collected a wide range of group fitness educations and roles. Not only have I worked as an instructor, but also as a group fitness manager in Stockholm and product developer in Sweden. I have created two group fitness concepts for Swedens largest gym chain which they still have as a part of their national product offer. Proud moments within group fitness includes placing myself 2nd in Les Mills Superstar 2024 (an instructor competition) and being nominated to "Sweden’s Best Instructor of the Year" both 2020+2022. Latest big achievement was standing in front of 1000 participants teaching a global launch class of LES MILLS YOGA in a big arena in Stockholm 2025.

Today I work as an Instructor for Scandinavian Training Center where I teach my regular classes. I also work as a Trainer and Presenter for Les Mills Nordic where I educate instructors and present classes on big events in some of their programs. Apollo Sports and SpringTimeTravel are two companies I also work for abroad as a guest instructor on their fitness trips.

In my classes people should feel 100% welcomed exactly as they are, but always leave feeling as a star.
