I’m a certified personal trainer and experienced CrossFit coach with years of competitive experience at a high level. I specialize in gymnastics, from pull-ups and toes-to-bar to bar muscle-ups. I’m also certified in pre- and postnatal coaching, helping women train safely and confidently during and after pregnancy. Alongside coaching group classes, I work 1-on-1 with clients who want focused, personalized guidance towards their own goals.
