About me:

I am a graduate of Galata University, Faculty of Sports Sciences. From an early age, I have been actively involved in sports, particularly football and swimming, gaining experience both as an athlete and as a coach. These experiences helped me build a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and individual development.

Over time, fitness became the core focus of my professional career. Through personal trainer and athletic performance coaching certifications, I transferred my knowledge into a structured, science-based, and professional practice.

Currently, I work at MacFit, where I provide healthy, sustainable, and goal-oriented training programs tailored to individual needs. I prioritize safe training principles, correct technique, motivation, and long-term performance development to support my clients’ physical progress.
