I work as a medical massage therapist and personal trainer with a clinical, function-focused approach to musculoskeletal health. I focus on how the nervous system, soft tissue quality, and movement patterns influence pain, recovery, physical capacity, and how the body tolerates load over time.
My work is centred around understanding why the body develops tension, compensation patterns, reduced load tolerance — and why symptoms or injuries tend to appear where they do. In most cases, tissue overload is not random, but reflects long-term load distribution, movement strategy, stress exposure, and recovery capacity.
I combine manual therapy with training principles to support rehabilitation, return to activity, and sustainable physical function.
I work with both the general population and physically active individuals, often helping people with load-related pain, chronic tension patterns, movement restrictions, and bodies that don’t respond to training or everyday load the way they should.
Services include:
• Medical / clinical massage therapy
• Soft tissue and recovery treatment
• Movement and postural assessment
• Strength and stability support
• Injury prevention and return-to-activity support
• Treatment of stress-related muscle tension
Special interests / specialities:
• Shoulder and shoulder girdle dysfunction
• Lotorp breathing-based treatment
• Fibromassage for chronic pain and widespread tension patterns
My goal is to help people build a body that is strong, functional, and sustainable — both for training and everyday life.
Experience also includes working with team sport and endurance events, including rugby teams and Vätternrundan.
