About me:
I’m 22 years old and from Sweden. After a ski accident in 2017 that left me paralyzed from the waist down, training became more than just physical activity. It became my motivation, my joy, and a powerful reason to keep moving forward.
Exercise has played a central role in my rehabilitation and personal development, teaching me resilience, discipline, and trust in my body’s capacity to adapt. Today, I work at a rehabilitation center in Solna as a rehab instructor, where I support and inspire others on their own journeys toward improved strength, function, and confidence.
I’m now taking the next step in my professional path, exploring a new chapter as a Personal Trainer. My goal is to combine lived experience with evidence-based training to help others discover their potential, regardless of starting point.
