Originally from Bulgaria, I started strength training at the age of 10 using bodyweight exercises at outdoor gyms, which gave me a solid foundation in strength and technique - likely the reason I have remained injury-free to this day. Later, I complemented this with dumbbells at home and eventually began training at a gym. My bodyweight experience made me feel comfortable with free weights from the start, even though my early training programs were not optimal. Over time, I came to understand how proper structure and planning drive results.
During my studies at Lund University in business and finance, I coached friends and led tabata and HIIT classes as a group instructor for all ages, including senior sessions, which were my favorites because they truly made a difference. After graduating, I moved to Stockholm for an audit role at a Big Four firm but soon realized it was not for me and began working as a personal trainer at SATS Stadion.
Beyond training, I have a passion for music. I listen to everything from rock and metal to jazz, rap, opera, and techno. I mainly sing rock and opera and was the frontman of a rock band during high school. I also love traveling and exploring new cultures, and some of my favorite places where I have spent extended time include Australia, Malta, and Bali.
