About me:

I am a certified Pilates instructor in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac and Postural training.
Pilates has been part of my life since I was very young — I started practicing it as a teenager and immediately fell in love with its elegance, precision, and depth.
I have now been teaching for almost a year, with the same passion I felt the very first time I stepped onto the mat. I strongly believe in Joseph Pilates’ philosophy, in the mind-body connection, in control, awareness, and the inner strength that movement can build.
For me, Pilates is not just exercise — it is a continuous journey of growth. I am always committed to improving myself, deepening my knowledge, and learning everything there is to know about this extraordinary discipline.
My goal is to guide people toward a stronger, more balanced and more conscious body, helping them unlock their full potential through movement.
