Pilates Teacher - Matwork & Apparatus

About me:

I am a certified Pilates instructor with over 15 years of personal practice in both Greece and the United States. My passion for movement, body awareness, and holistic wellbeing led me to transition from a career in sales and customer service into the wellness and fitness industry.

I have successfully completed a 500-hour Pilates Teacher Training diploma, which provided me with comprehensive education in Pilates methodology, anatomy, body alignment, and mindful movement.

My professional background in sales management and customer relations has given me strong communication skills and a deep understanding of people’s needs. I bring this experience into my work as a Pilates instructor, creating supportive and personalized movement experiences for clients.

I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, improve strength and posture, and cultivate balance through movement. My long-term vision is to contribute to the wellness community by creating spaces and experiences that combine Pilates, mindful living, and holistic wellbeing.

Areas of Interest:
