About me:

Hi! I’m Aleksey.

I am a Personal Coach and Physiotherapist from Ukraine with over 13 years of global experience.

My journey began with a personal injury on a football pitch. That moment changed my life and taught me one vital truth: movement is the foundation of our well-being. What started as my own recovery process eventually became a lifelong mission to help others move freely, feel strong, and regain confidence at any stage of life.

For over a decade, I have been building a unique model of care that unites insights from across the globe: "Bridging Three Worlds of Expertise."

- The Clinical Precision of the West: Since 2019, my work in European clinics and my more recent experience in North American healthcare (2023–2025) have shaped my focus on evidence-based practice and precise functional diagnostics.
- The Mindfulness of the East: During 2016–2017, training in Thailand taught me to appreciate the "flow" of movement and the importance of genuine human care while working with everyone from pro athletes to those with special needs.
- The Structure of Professional Sport: My roots in sports medicine date back to 2011, and years of working with professional teams have taught me how to manage stress, optimize performance, and turn resilience into a lifestyle.
