About me:
French with Chinese roots, I recently traded Paris for Brussels. New city, same energy. I split my time between a career in digital product management and my passion for sports coaching.
Sport has been an integral part of my life for 5 years now. I know firsthand that it’s never too late to start. Running, Hyrox, yoga, cycling, snowboarding, kitesurfing… I explore movement in all its forms.
Becoming a coach felt like the natural next step. Not a career change, but an extension. A way to pass on what sport has given me: energy, confidence, and that deep satisfaction of pushing past your own limits.
In class or private training, you’ll figure it out quickly. I’m not here to watch. I push, I encourage, I celebrate every bit of progress, always with a smile and never taking myself too seriously. The goal is for you to leave feeling stronger, not defeated.
And when I’m not at the office or training? You’ll find me on a terrace, with a chai latte or a glass of wine, depending on the hour.
