I am a dedicated and passionate Personal Fitness Coach & Instructor with more than 6 years of personal experience in strength training and fitness. I have completed my professional fitness coaching and instructor training at Inspire Academy in Lebanon. I've finished also a workshop about pre and post natal and I'm ready to train pregnant women safely.
My strengths include strong knowledge of exercise technique, strength training, movement, and fitness programming. I focus on proper form, progressive training, and creating structured programs based on each client’s individual goals, fitness level, and needs.
