About me:
I'm Jimson Joseph, an Indian fitness trainer based in Sharjah with about 20 years of experience helping people reach their health and fitness goals. I started in Kerala in 2008 at Life Style Fitness Centre, and after moving to the UAE I worked at Al Saqer Al Jareh Gym and later at Intense Fitness in Sharjah. I also spent time in Al Ain, at Super Life Fitness and in personal training.
My strengths are one-on-one personal training, group fitness instruction, strength and conditioning, and building customized exercise and meal plans. I'm result-oriented and good at motivating clients and connecting with them.
I'm also a competitive bodybuilder. I was Thrissur District winner and State-level runner-up in 2022-2023, and I took part in the Dubai Muscle Show in 2021. That keeps me disciplined and lets me lead by example.
Now I'm looking for a fitness trainer position in a reputed organization where I can put my skills and experience to good use and help clients see real results.
