About me:
I am a motivated and customer-focused professional with experience in fitness, hospitality, front office, and membership services. I spent over two years working at SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai, progressing from Fitness Attendant to Fitness Receptionist, where I gained strong experience in guest relations, reception operations, memberships, sales, reservations, and supporting guests with their fitness needs.
I have also completed my Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma and have practical experience helping clients with training, exercise technique, movement correction, and fitness guidance. Working in Dubai’s luxury hospitality and fitness environment taught me the importance of professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and creating a positive experience that makes guests want to stay and come back.
