Hello, welcome to my profile, after years of owning my own studio, C19 did its best to close me down, so now I am freelance teaching, Pilates Spinning Holistic Therapy, I have been teaching for 30 years, all forms of GrpX, my passion now, is teaching Pilates Mat with various props, Reformer and Spinning, Tabata Style and classical rides.
I offer Freelance, Cover Classes, for GrpX Pilates Mat Courses from Essential Beginner to Intermediate to Advanced 8 week courses, using props as Balls, Bands, Circles, small balls and more.
