About me:

With a bubbly personality, a broad education and background in dance, and most notably, with an intense passion to awaken and spread the love and joy of movement - Monika's presence will inspire and motivate.

Monika was born in Poland but grew up dancing in Norrköping, Sweden before she undertook training at the University College of Dance in Stockholm.
Ballet and jazzdance were the focus of her training for many years but she also has some Ballroom competitions up her sleeve as well as been training and choreographing a dance-group in Norrköping which perform and partake in dance festivals with a repertoire of and various dance styles.
Monika travels the world presenting Zumba instructor training workshops and presents master classes at international conventions.

Monika is a : 

* Zumba Education Specialist 
( ZES = Master Trainer for Zumba),

* Dance Fitness Instructor

* Yoga teacher,

* Personal Trainer

* Dance teacher in various dance styles such as ballet, jazzdance, contemporary dance, ballroom and with an added 
Masters Degree in
Polish Folkdance.
