About me:

Alessandro Bandierini is an Italian personal fitness coach, ISSA Ambassador, corporate wellness consultant, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighter. He specializes in functional training, posture improvement, anti-aging fitness, athletic performance, and mindset coaching.
He is an official ISSA Europe Ambassador and a registered EREPS fitness professional in Europe. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading fitness and wellness companies including Virgin Active, Fitness First, Aspria Harbour Club, and GetFit.
He has also collaborated with major international companies such as UniCredit and The Walt Disney Company Italia, delivering corporate wellness, self-defense, and functional training programs. In addition, he has worked with Centro Sportivo Italiano and with Valtur in the fitness and sports sector.
Alessandro is the creator of the Groundwork team-building program, focused on corporate wellness, leadership, resilience, teamwork, and performance development through fitness and experiential training methodologies.
As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor, he trains and competes with Team Corallo / Luta Arte and earned his official BJJ graduation diploma in 2025.
