About me:

I am a kinesiologist specializing in Physical Education and Sport in Italy. I have international experience as a Personal trainer having worked in Italy, Australia, and now in the Netherlands. I like all types of sports but the two greatest passions in my life are Basketball and fitness. When I was 20 years old, after a sports injury, I gained a lot of weight but with my study and my perseverance, I've lost nearly 23 kg. After this experience, I understood that I wanted to help people to reach their fitness goals. I worked as a basketball coach but I wanted to be able to work more with the physical body and I started to work with runners and with people that wanted to lose weight, achieving excellent results. I am specialized in workouts focused on losing weight, training after injury, Bootcamp training, running techniques, postural correct exercises and I am an elastic taping operator. I like to help people so if you have goals but you aren't able to reach them alone contact me and together we will work to make them possible
