My name is Ievgen Kalinovskyi. I am a certified personal trainer (NASM CPT) with additional qualifications in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, TRX, RockTape, Mulligan Concept and Functional Movement Systems.
I have been working in the fitness industry since 2018, both in a gym and as a self-employed trainer. I focus on helping people move better, reduce pain, improve strength, mobility and overall health.
I start my work with assessments such as posture and movement analysis, body composition and performance testing, and then create training plans based on each client’s goals and needs.
Sport has always been a big part of my life, including rugby and mountain activities, which influence my practical approach to training and coaching.
