Knowledge must be shared and passed for it to be useful, A standard that distinguishes this certified fitness trainer, Mohammed Ayass. Passionate about fitness & sports, Ayass grew up in a bodybuilding and fitness environment. Being an overweight kid himself, he made it his mission to pass his knowledge and experience to the younger generation and fitness enthusiasts, with a focus on best practices and simple application. He has a firm approach against doping and steroids and strives to motivate people for a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Mohammed began his fitness journey in 1999 as a sports enthusiast and joined JUMP Academy in 2018 as a master trainer after attending multiple courses including "Fitness Instructor", "Personal Trainer" and "Obesity & Exercise”. Currently, he is the owner of Vault Gym Jordan.
