About me:

I am former competitive athlete, WABBA European and world champion (1st place and overall), NPC los Angeles champion (1st place and overall), continued as a coach for bodybuilding competitions where athletes I prepared (S. Papadopoulos, K. Megalou, N. Antony..) won 1st places in European and World competitions. I studied clinical nutrition, life and executive coaching and attained my integrative health practitioner diploma . Now I work as a wellness consultant in Abu Dhabi and in Athens.
