About me:

Since 2019 i am a NASM certified Personal Trainer. My experience is more as a Fitness/group-instructor. Due to the COVID restrictions i haven't developed my work experience as a Personal Trainer as much as i would've wanted. I'm also an allround group instructor since 2012. Certified teacher for Aerobics, Steps, Shape, Boxing, Plates, Yoga, Crosspower, Bootcamp and Aquarobics. Besides the gym i work for 3 years as a 'buurtsportcoach' (neighborhood sports coach) for the seniors in the city of Hilversum, The Netherlands.
