Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
I hold a level 2 CYQ in fitness instructing, a level 3 CYQ in personal training, a level 4 Active IQ certificate in physical activity and weight management for obese and diabetic clients, and a level 5 YMCA diploma in exercise referral. I am also a CIMSPA - UK official member.
My physical training sessions are fun, engaging, challenging and unique. I don't like to get to hang up on the numbers! Instead my program is all about creating healthy habits and goals that you will stick to as they begin to shape the rest of your life too.
