About me:

My name is Pavel and I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years!
In 1995 I began working as a fitness instructor. Learning new approaches and studying the complex science of fitness, which with my previous sport practice began an overview of the composite of movements, those apply to many activities.

In 2003, I qualified as a L3 and L4 Personal Trainer of Conditional Training and Bodybuilding Trainer and since then I have been involved in physical development and training of others in France and the UK.

Since 2000, I have participated in several natural fitness competitions in the USA, Czech Republic and in recent years, in the UK. These have been extremely important experiences that have allowed me to explore fitness and natural bodybuilding on every level while reaching my own personal potential. This also enabled me to further contribute to the health and fitness of others.

I will continue to provide the best practice of Personal and Group Training for those who are interested in promoting their health; the fundamentals in biomechanics applied in general Weight Lifting and Bodybuilding and additionally offering another step further for those considering a preparation for a competition.

Further more, I’m currently studying towards a L4 Nutrition Diploma, specializing in Sport and Exercise, Weight Management and Obesity Prevention,
I will be providing a full service as a Nutrition Coach, which will include a complete dietary analysis and all the necessary steps for creating a nutritional plan specifically geared towards the client’s goals.

After winning the Welsh championship and qualifying for the British finals with two Natural Bodybuilding Federations in 2019, I’m in preparation for the upcoming season, hoping to gain the invite to the British and World finals in 2020!
