About me:

I am a friendly, easy-going guy who will challenge you to push your limits. I have always had an interest in biology, health and sports. With a masters degree in molecular biology, I have a broad understanding of biological processes in the body, which I will use to help you train effectively. Plus, having had the privilege of attending one of South Africa’s top sporting colleges, I want to share my fitness experience gained from participating in sports such as athletics, rugby, soccer, waterpolo and sailing. I strive to coach you to reach your goals through providing you with goal-orientated workouts, deliberate practise and an education. Fitness, it’s a lifestyle.
