About me:

Working as an attorney since 2011, I fell in love with fitness to the point of making it a real professional activity.

Certified since 2017, I specialize in functional training, with a particular preference for bodyweight training. I have been working as a personal trainer on a regular basis since 2019. I am also a group class instructor.

My goal is to help my clients make physical activity an integral part of their lifestyle. Whether it's to lose weight, build muscle, or just stay in shape, consistency always pays off!
