About me:

Hey everyone,
I am Luca , I hold a bachelor degree (BSc.) in medical biology and a master degree (MEng. ) in biochemistry, I am NCSF certified (US) and EREPS 4 certified (UE).
I am a triathlon practitioner (only one sport is not enough of course :p ) in this way, I use to share and prepare some exercices to my triathlon team mates (strengthening ).

I am passionate about fitness and healthy habits. I am the founder of Fittybe in which I use to give advices about injuries prevention, healthy diet, good posture, weightloss, pain relief (though movement).
