First running and ,shortly after, fitness boxing got me interested in being physically active - years after I had decided for myself that you'd only see me running if I was late for the bus. Finding the type of activity that brings you joy and a sense of accomplishment is the first step in establishing a sustainable active lifestyle. So, whether you're just beginning your fitness journey, looking for variation in your training, or are physically preparing for your first excursion to Antarctica, I'm here to help you along the way.
As a trainer, you'll find me mainly outside the gym - either as fitness boxing instructor in the local boxing gym, running outside, or in my living room instructing online classes. I mainly work with bodyweight exercises, dumbbells and the odd kettlebell.
