About me:

I get involved with the fitness and self-improving area for some time now. The best part of my job all these years and the thing that encourage and enthusiasm me is my colleague to leave the session pleased with himself inside and out. I am calling him my "colleague" because for me is a colleague, not just a client, as you see we both work for achieving the goal, her or his goal.

I am a certificated personal trainer from EuropeActive(EREPS) with the qualification of an Eqf level 4 on Personal and Weight Trainer. Except of that, I am also a professional life coach qualified by ICF.

Through all this, using my personal trainer experience but at the same time my knowledge on a person's well-being and self-improvement I am trying to help my colleague to improve himself in mind and body.
