About me:

I am a former Rythmic Gymnastics Athlete participated 8 years in top level National & International Competitions. I am 450 hours certified Pilates Instructor in A.F. studies, in Greece since beginning of 2021. I hold Pilates Mat & Props, Reformer, Tower & Cadillac, Barrels & Chair Certifications. I attended plenty of Fitness, Wellness & Nutrition Seminars. Since 2021, I started private sessions in Greece and now I perform group, semi-private & private sessions using high standard & reputable Pilates equipment in studios in Saudi Arabia. I deal with daily & postural cases, clinical cases, athletes and VIP clients. I worked as Master Trainer Club Pilates Instructor at Evox Clubs teaching group classes of 11 Reformers & equipment, training into the structure of the human body. I continued teaching in La Barre Boutique Fitness Studio group & personal sessions all levels, analyzing medical history, keeping daily records for clients and clinical Pilates cases. Currently, I perform semi private, studio and home private sessions for VIP clients all levels and cases using Pilates equipment from different companies of the Pilates Industry at Formé Wellness. My role also, is to teach Pilates Method and company's policies to new Instructors. Additionally, I am in charge of creating Pilates handbook as a guide to the new Instructors about the policies, sequences, queues & level of the classes, clinical & musculoskeletal cases. Recently, Formé Wellness won the What's On Awards 2024 for favourite Fitness Facility or Studio in Saudi Arabia.
